SOTO Japan gives 480 g for the whole set (pots 99 g and 140 g, lids 49 g and 57 g, cozy 46 g, thermal disc 4 g, Navi Duo handle 38 g, two stow bags 47 g; the 480 g counts both bags) and capacities of 1,000 ml and 1,200 ml (about 1,200 ml and 1,800 ml brim-full). Both pots added at the stated figures: 2.2 L, so 480 g / 2.2 L = 218 g per litre, in the 150-219 g/L band and only 2 g per litre from the band below. This is the lower-scoring of SOTO's figures (the brim-full 3.0 L would give 160 g per litre, also band 4). SOTO's US page prints no weight or capacity; its separate 'weight' field (about 907 g) goes with box-sized dimensions, so it is a boxed shipping weight and is not used: only SOTO's stated product weights are banded. Shops print larger capacities (Ultralight Outdoor Gear 1.8 L and 1.3 L, Trekitt 1.8 L and 1.6 L), which would give about 155 g per litre, also band 4. Tiso and Trekitt both print SOTO's 480 g; TheOutdoorGearReview weighed 473 g; Ultralight Outdoor Gear lists 470 g.

Strengths

Weaknesses
- 218 g per litre sits right at the edge of its band: 4 g more in total (484 g) and it would drop a band
- Shops and SOTO disagree on capacity (SOTO 1.0 L and 1.2 L; shops 1.3 L to 1.8 L), so check which figure is meant
- The cozy and thermal disc fit only the small pot
- No frying pan in the box (a SOTO Navigator frying pan is sold separately)
