Tiso's page for the V3 gives a 20D silicone/PU fly at 3,000 mm HH (the 3,000 mm+ band, 5) and a 190T floor at 5,000 mm, over 2,000 mm, so nothing is taken off. Millets, Blacks and GO Outdoors print a 5,000 mm fly and 4,000 mm floor with 8.5 mm poles for the same product code, which looks like older Phoxx II text; Tiso's lower fly figure is used, and either gives the same score. The printed figure alone gives 8 at most: a 9 or 10 needs 3 reviews that say it stays dry in real storms.
