Montane's UK, EU and Danish pages all give 220 g with no size (its US site doesn't sell this hoodie). 220 g is in the 200–239 g band, which is the 3 band. Ultralight Outdoor Gear's spec table lists size M at 278 g (S 258 g), which would be the 2 band (its page header shows 285 g, which that table gives for L). That is a shop figure, so we band Montane's 220 g, but the two differ by 58 g and Montane's figure may be too low. Montane's Alhena Long Sleeve T-Shirt is listed at 200 g.
