In short
Good for
- Campers and bike-packers who want a pillow close to a home one
- Side, back and front sleepers: height drops as you let air out
- Use on a mat: eyelets let you cord it down
Strengths
- Air cell plus a foam-chip topper made from upcycled mat offcuts gives a thick, soft feel
- 13 cm tall, adjustable by letting air out
- Air cell lifts out so the cover can be washed
- Eyelets on both sides for fixing to a mat
- 5-year warranty from Exped
Weaknesses
- 125 g and a bulky pack size: heavy for ultralight use
- The brand publishes no packed size
- Kampeermeneer notes a light rustle when you move your head
- Not enough independent tests of the current version yet
