Our ratings (out of 10)

1 to 10, compared with the whole market. Each says what it's based on. How we score

Weight for its size

From maker's figures 9/10

How much it adds to your pack for the amount it holds. 9: Among the best you can buy for this.

Evernew gives 95 g and 640 ml (with scale) on both its global and its Japanese pages. 95 g / 0.64 L = 148 g per litre, in the under-150 g/L band and only 2 g per litre from band 4. The Japanese page's text also says 'around 600 ml', but its figure is 640 ml, so 640 ml is banded. Evernew does not say whether the 95 g includes the lid; Ultralight Outdoor Gear lists 89 g for the 'complete set' (139 g per litre, also band 5) and calls it the 0.6 L pot.

In short

Good for

  • Solo walkers who want a slightly bigger titanium pot for noodles, pasta or a one-person hot pot
  • Carrying a 110 g gas canister and a small stove inside the pot (Evernew; Outdoor Gearzine)
  • Eating straight from the pot: the silicone-covered handle stays cooler (Outdoor Gearzine)

Strengths

  • 95 g for 640 ml: 148 g per litre (Evernew)
  • Tall narrow shape holds a 110 g canister and a small stove; convex lid fits a wide range of stove heads (Evernew; Outdoor Gearzine)
  • Silicone-covered folding handles
  • Volume marks inside (Evernew)
  • Evernew’s Ti 400 NH mug stacks on the outside (Outdoor Gearzine)

Weaknesses

  • Deep, narrow shape needs a stove that balances it (Outdoor Gearzine)
  • Outdoor Gearzine calls it big among the Evernew pots it compares, so it is not the lightest
  • Its weight per litre is 2 g from dropping to the next band
  • Cooking and durability are estimates, not reviewed scores: only one independent source for this version
