Our ratings (out of 10)
1 to 10, compared with the whole market. Each says what it's based on. How we score
Warmth
From maker's figures 2/10How cold a night you can sleep comfortably through. 2: A weak point.
Maker's EN 13537 comfort 11 °C (limit 7.4 °C) is above 10 °C, the lowest band: a summer bag only.
Room inside
Estimate: only 2 reviews about room inside (fewer than the 3 we need, so never above 8) 8/10How much room to move, bend your knees and sleep on your side. Roomier is comfier. 8: Clearly better than most.
One reviewer calls it wide and roomy for broad shoulders; another found plenty of room at 5'7 but says people over six foot may feel cramped.
Reviewers disagree on this.
Weight
From maker's figures 10/10How much it adds to your pack. 10: The best you can buy for this.
545 g (Regular) is under 700 g. T3 weighed 485 g and road.cc 493 g including the 20 g stuff sack; we band the maker's figure.
Packed size
From maker's figures 9/10How much room it takes in your rucksack. 9: Among the best you can buy for this.
Maker gives ⌀15.5 x 20 cm, so a stuff sack: 3.1416 x 7.75 x 7.75 x 20 = 3,774 cm³, so 3.8 L, under 4 L. Its page blurb also says 15 x 12 cm; we used the spec table, which bikepacking.com's measurement matches.
What reviewers say (out of 10)
Ratings marked * are from reviews and are not part of the trip score. They are reviewers' scores, not our own measurements. How we score
Comfort to sleep in*
Reviewers' average 7/10How comfy the shape, hood and fabric feel; not the temperature rating.
4 reviews on comfort to sleep in, e.g. "while the bag was warm and comfortable, I did find the toggle to close the hood tricky to use one-handed".
In short
Good for
- Summer wild camps and bikepacking where weight and pack size matter most
- Adding to a warm-weather kit as a very light bag, or as an extra layer in spring
Strengths
- 545 g (Regular) and 3.8 L packed: among the lightest and smallest bags a UK shop sells
- 750 fill power goose down that is hydrophobic and RDS certified, with a PFC-free water-repellent shell
- Comfortable and roomy in the hood, according to three reviewers
- Zip runs 160 cm, so you can open it to vent on warm nights
- Sold in Regular and Long with a left or right zip
Weaknesses
- Comfort rating of 11 °C (limit 7.4 °C) makes it a summer bag only: reviewers needed extra layers at 2 to 8 °C
- Stitch-through baffles and no zip or hood baffles keep the weight down but let heat escape more than box baffles
- A little down can work through the thin 20D shell over time (road.cc)
- Short for taller people: T3 says over about 1.83 m may feel cramped (a Long is sold)
